Uric acid (C5H4N4O3) is a natural body waste product formed when chemicals called purines, a component of urine, to break down. An average uric acid in the body doesn’t do any harm, but if it exceeds more than the average then there is a high chance to lead gout, kidney stones, etc.. Apple normalizes high uric acid. A high uric acid can cause a medical condition called gout. As they contain Vitamin C and Malic Acid, they control the uric acid. Although an Apple fruit can regulate uric acid, however, the Apple Juice or Apple Vinegar is mostly preferred.

However, doctor advice should be taken to consume cranberries.



Watermelon is 91% water and is alkaline. Therefore, it detoxifies and increases the pH level. It also contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, and other anti-inflammatory compounds which helps to normalize the uric acid.
